Our carriage charges are simple, free standard delivery to most UK Mainland post codes, if your item is extra large, heavier than normal or needs a specialist delivery we may charge extra but always tell you about this in the price box on each page before you agree to buy.
Dispatch
All products are listed in the belief that they are in stock and ready for dispatch to you the customer. Should an item be found to be out-of-stock, with us or from the manufacturer, we will tell you immediately and offer you a revised delivery schedule. If this is not acceptable to you a full refund will be made.
Different items have different delivery timescales. Most timescales are listed with the item and are 4 - 6 working days but can be confirmed by e-mail should it be required. We are always happy to express items if tight timescales are an issue. If no timescale is listed we will normally deliver within 28 days of funds arriving in our account.
Should you need anything quicker than is normal for that particular product we will do whatever we can to assist. Should this incur additional expenses we reserve the right to forward these on to you, the consumer.
If you need to return an item that is not faulty or wrongly delivered, we will only pass on any actual delivery costs that have been charged to us from the suppliers in getting the goods to you.
Larger and specialist delivered items may have a surcharge but this will always be shown in the individual product listing for you to clearly see prior to making your purchase decisions. Postage charges are for Mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland. Exceptions are: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, and TR21-25. Please contact us for charges to these areas prior to ordering.
