We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum 30 day no quibble guarantee. Faulty goods will be refunded, replaced or credited. Guarantees above and beyond your statutory rights are listed with the items and we will do everything to assist should a claim have to be made.

This website is owned and operated by Table Top Traders Ltd. These terms and conditions inform you of your rights and any obligations you and Table Top Traders have. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to visiting our website and contact us immediately if you have any questions. If you do disagree with anything here you should leave the website now. We believe these conditions are fair to both you, as the consumer, and Table Top Traders, as the supplier. These terms and condition do not affect any other rights you have under English law and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click the ‘Buy’ button on any items that you wish to purchase and this will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and PayPal. You may also send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax, post or by e-mail.

Tax Charges

VAT is included in all our prices at the standard rate of 17.5%

Accuracy of Content

Table Top Traders have taken the utmost care in preparing this website. The contents, images and descriptions, prices and measurements are all listed in our belief as being correct. Should any errors occur in these listings, we will endeavour to correct the problems as quickly as is possible. Any weights and measurements should be deemed as approximate. You should be aware that colours in pictures can vary slightly from computer to computer depending on your monitor and it’s settings.

Dispatch

All products are listed in the belief that they are in stock and ready for dispatch to you the customer. Should an item be found to be out-of-stock, with us or from the manufacturer, we will tell you immediately and offer you a revised delivery schedule, if this is not acceptable to you a full refund will be made.

Different items have different delivery timescales. Most timescales are listed with the item but can be confirmed by e-mail should it be required. If no timescale is listed we will normally deliver within 28 days of funds arriving in our account.

Should you need anything quicker than is normal for that particular product we will do what ever we can to assist. Should this incur additional expenses we reserve the right to forward these on to you, the consumer.

Postage is included in the price listed on the website and we reserve the right to pass on the full costs of shipment if items are returned for refunds or exchange. Larger and specialist delivered items may also incur a surcharge but this will always be shown in the individual product listing for you to clearly see prior to making your purchase decisions. Postage charges (included) are for Mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.  Exceptions are: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, and TR21-25. Please contact us for charges to these areas prior to ordering.

Cancelled orders paid on credit cards will incur charges from our secure on-line credit card provider both in taking payment and refunding the payment. We reserve the right to pass this charge onto you to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price plus carriage.

Returns

Please check everything immediately to see that all parts are there and that there is no damage. Damaged cartons should be signed for as damaged, as otherwise damage in transit can not be claimed for.
Should anything be damaged or there are pieces missing please notify us immediately via our contact page.
If damaged goods need to be returned you should contact us prior to sending, as our products are stored and shipped from many different areas in the UK.

We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations as issued by the Office of Fair Trading. You can cancel your contract under these regulations and will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. As the majority of the items listed are despatched direct from manufacturer to our customers, the carriage charges from these companies are not refundable with the exception of damaged goods or goods sent in error. 

You agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any controversy or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to the use of this website, and that the laws of England shall govern such controversy or claim.
