Their production workshop is based in Scotland and this is where the slate is professionally cut, cleaned and sealed for hygienic use with food products. The way in which it is sealed makes it perfect for serving both hot and cold food and by placing food on this dark surface, will make your food look even more exquisite.
Each slate piece is completely individual and will differ slightly in shape and contours. The pieces all come in their own presentation box which keeps them protected whilst in transit. It also makes them the ideal gift for all occasions.
